The Junction Community CentreSunday, September 20th, 2026 at 1:38pmHere’s a challenge for all of us! During Ageing Well Week (THIS WEEK), we must all try to somehow connect with someone new or perhaps help connect them to community! It can be at our free BBQ THIS Thursday or it could be as simple as a quick chat at the supermarket or attending a community centre to partake in an activity/know what services are available. These simple actions help reduce social isolation and improve their sense of safety - which become increasingly important as we age.
